Intro
IBITA Bobath Grundkursus er et internationalt anerkendt basiskursus, der giver fysioterapeuter og ergoterapeuter en unik mulighed for at udvikle deres bevægelsesanalyse, kliniske ræsonnering og behandlingsfærdigheder inden for neurorehabilitering.
Kurset tager udgangspunkt i Bobath-konceptet og dets løbende udvikling og kombinerer evidensbaseret viden, klinisk praksis og refleksion.
Du får mulighed for at udvikle højt specialiserede håndteringsevner og anvende dem direkte i praksis under vejledning af en international specialistinstruktør.
Undervisningen foregår på letforståeligt engelsk.

IBITA Bobath Basic Course is an internationally recognised course that provides physiotherapists and occupational therapists with a unique opportunity to develop their movement analysis, clinical reasoning and treatment skills within neurological rehabilitation.
The course is based on the Bobath concept and its ongoing development, combining evidence-based knowledge, clinical practice and reflection.
Participants will develop highly specialised handling skills and learn to apply them in practice under the guidance of an international Bobath instructor.
The course is taught in clear and accessible English.

Kurset henvender sig til ergo- og fysioterapeuter fra primær- og sekundærsektoren.
Det anbefales, at flere terapeuter fra samme arbejdssted deltager, men dette er ikke et krav for optagelse.
Target group
Physiotherapists and occupational therapists working within neurological rehabilitation in both primary and secondary care.
Participation from colleagues from the same workplace is recommended but not required.

Som en del af kurset gennemfører deltagerne et selvstændigt praksisrelateret case-arbejde.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the ongoing development of the Bobath concept
- Integrate the Bobath Model of Clinical Practice (MBCP) and ICF in assessment and treatment
- Analyse and facilitate postural and movement control
- Understand the functional consequences of CNS lesions
- Observe and analyse typical, atypical and compensatory movement
- Apply principles of motor control, motor learning and neuroplasticity
- Work systematically with clinical reasoning
- Adapt treatment principles to the individual patient
- Develop effective handling skills
- Use relevant outcome measures in evidence-based practice
Participants will also complete an individual practice-related case study.

Kurset indeholder blandt andet:
- Undervisning i neurofysiologi
- Patientdemonstrationer med klinisk ræsonneringsframework
- Patientworkshops med fokus på undervisning og vejledning
- Træning i behandlingsfærdigheder
- Praktiske bevægelsesanalyse-sessioner
- Selvstændig case-rapportopgave
Klinisk ræsonnering og behandling er i centrum og understøttes af teoretiske oplæg, som direkte overføres til arbejdet med deltagende patienter og borgere.
Content
The course includes:
- Neurophysiology
- Patient demonstrations with clinical reasoning
- Patient workshops
- Treatment skill training
- Movement analysis sessions
- Individual case report
Clinical reasoning and treatment are central and supported by theoretical input directly applied in practice.
Undervisningsform
Kurset er stærkt klinisk orienteret og har høj grad af deltageraktivitet.
Mellem kursets del 2 og 3 udarbejdes og afleveres en klinisk caserapport, som estimeres til ca. 50 timers arbejde. I mellemliggende periode forventes det, at deltagerne anvender de tillærte færdigheder i deres kliniske praksis.
Teaching format
The course is strongly clinically oriented and involves a high level of active participation.
Between parts 2 and 3 of the course, participants are required to prepare and submit a clinical case report, estimated to involve approximately 50 hours of work. During this period, participants are expected to apply the skills learned in their own clinical practice.
